Wednesday a.m. and it was beautiful at Stop & Shop, there may have been 5 other shoppers and all the associates were in a great mood. Wonderful experience.

The customer service manager, Elizabeth, is very helpful, polite and professional. She assist customers on the phone and in person. A valuable employee at that sore. Owners take notice.

I like this Stop & Shop, as it's an old school grocery store, as opposed to a giant mega store. I like a smaller store that I can navigate easily and get from the dairy dept to the produce in a short amount of time. I don't always need a gigantic selection, just a few choices will do.

Great Experience...just disappointed that people do not follow the rules about social distance and the arrows that are so obvious on the ground they ignore it. I feel like employees should observe and enforce it. This is a PANDEMIC not a simple i want to do whatever I want because I always shop here situation. The arrows are there for a reason and no one has the cure yet or is immune from COVID 19 Please try and enforce this issue with customer that feel they don't need to follow the rules. Thank you.

Good size small store for quick grab and great self checkout counters with readily available help if you stuck using them. Big size superstores are just too much ground to cover. They have always have something or the other healthier items on sale so I was able to get buy 1 get 1 English cucumbers on this trip.

The store is very small but still well spaced out. It is well stocked and has great deals some time. The management is very good but I think they have too many employees on the floor that can create some confusion some time. They still maintain a low price for a very rich town of Greenwich, CT; that is amazing...

They have good sales. Fresh produce is my favorite. I also love the mums and got me the cutest pumpkin, just in time for my fall decoration. Staff are so helpful and friendly, specially Pauline, the cashier.

They've got what you need and its typically clean. The employees have been helpful and efficient and they have self check out too.

I had to make a return but the associate at customer service was on break. The woman who was currently sitting there insisted that i wait for 30 mins or go back inside my car to wait. I appreciate Ricardo for really attempting to accommodate my return at the register. I did not have the luxury to stay for half an hour at the store so my return had to be postponed. Anyway, i would just like to thank Ricardo for his gesture. It shows he cares about efficiency and customer satisfaction.
